I offer psychotherapy for adults in English in Munich.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

In cognitive behavioural therapy, mental health issues are seen as the result of conscious and unconscious learning processes. In our sessions, we work out which biographical factors and current stressors have contributed to the development and maintenance of the challenges you are facing.

Therapy goals and a treatment plan are developed jointly and transparently. Using existing strengths and abilities, the patient is guided to change and positively influence his or her behavior and thinking, and thus also his or her emotional experience. This is done according to the principle of "helping people to help themselves".

  • Anxiety disorders like panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, generalised anxiety disorder

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD)

  • Personality disorders

  • Sexual dysfunctions like premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction

  • Somatic symptom disorder


Please note that as a private practice, I cannot bill German public health insurance companies.

Costs of psychotherapy are usually covered partly by private health insurance companies. To make sure, please contact your health insurance provider. I will be happy to assist.


Should you decide to cover the costs by yourself, we can directly start therapy without any bureaucratic requirements.


My fees are based on the „Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeuten (GOP)“ and usually amount to
122,40 € per session (50 minutes).
